Information you provide
Our inquiry and visit forms collect the contact details, home and land preferences, messages and requested visit time you choose to submit. The visit form also offers optional income and credit-score ranges. This is not a credit application. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details or documents.
How your inquiry is used
Victor uses these details to respond, prepare for your visit and follow up. Submissions are stored in the website database and processed through email and the Monday CRM used by North Star. Service providers support website hosting, email delivery and customer record management. A visit request remains pending until Victor confirms it.
Analytics and referral sources
Google Analytics measures visits and interactions such as viewing pages, opening directions, clicking call buttons and submitting requests. Google may use cookies and device/browser information. Our custom contact events do not include your name, phone, email, income, credit range or message. Windsor provides reporting from Analytics. Session storage preserves the referral source and campaign tags while you browse so Victor can understand how you found the site. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website tag.
Your choices and questions
You can browse without submitting a form. You can manage cookies through your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out tool. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop follow-up communications, contact Victor using the details below. Requests are reviewed with applicable recordkeeping needs.

Links and embedded content from Google Maps and social platforms are governed by those providers’ privacy practices. This notice describes this website; it does not replace the notices of lenders or other Atlas websites.
